2. What data we process

• Your email, the town where you live or are staying and, if you tick the boxes, your interest in joining the trial or giving feedback.
• The answers you choose to give in the optional survey (travel habits, preferences and general profile, such as age range).
• Browsing and analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not ask for your location. This service is intended for people aged 18 or over.

3. Why we use it

• To manage the waiting list and let you know when the Kalago trial is available.
• To contact you about the trial or for feedback, only if you asked for it.
• To analyse answers and website visits in aggregate to improve the product.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, which you give when you submit the form and tick the corresponding box. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting anything done before.

5. How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or, at most, 24 months from your sign-up. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data. These providers process it on our behalf:

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case they do so with the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to adolfopul@gmail.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
